We are seeking experienced and passionate Massage Therapists to join our award-winning Spa team. You will deliver exceptional wellness experiences through a range of therapeutic massage treatments while creating memorable and personalised guest journeys.

** The successful candidate must have flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and evening shifts.

You'll be:

• Delivering a variety of massage treatments including relaxation, remedial, deep tissue, pregnancy and hot stone therapies

• Conducting professional guest consultations and tailoring treatments to individual needs

• Creating exceptional guest experiences aligned with Crown's luxury service standards

• Maintaining treatment rooms and work areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene

• Providing professional wellness recommendations and home-care advice where appropriate

• Building strong guest relationships through exceptional customer service and attention to detail

• Collaborating with the wider Spa team to ensure seamless daily operations and guest satisfaction

• Upholding all health, safety and operational standards

• Acting as an ambassador for Crown Spa and contributing to an inclusive and welcoming environment for both guests and team members

You'll bring:

• Diploma in Remedial Massage from a nationally recognised institution

• Pregnancy Massage Certification

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy

• Significant experience delivering massage therapies in a professional environment

• Previous experience within a luxury hotel spa, wellness retreat or premium day spa environment highly regarded

• Strong technical skills across a range of massage modalities

• Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for health, wellness and creating personalised guest experiences

• Professional presentation and grooming maintained to the highest standards, inclusive of all gender expressions

• Flexibility to work across weekends, public holidays and evening shifts as required
