We are looking for team members who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driven by intention and guided by excellence in their field. At The Woodhouse Spa, we value our team members and strive for excellence with every guest experience.
Massage Therapists are responsible for promoting the health and wellness of clients through intentional touch and guided relaxation.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Performs exceptional massages and body treatments through a variety of modalities
Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
Educates guests on the benefits of the service performed and recommend retail products
Consistently increases guest retention by building relationships and by increasing pre-bookings
Greets guests in a timely and friendly fashion and ensures guests are comfortable throughout their Woodhouse experience
Demonstrates exceptional customer service to exceed guest expectations
Stays up to date on various techniques and services via classes and seminars
Qualifications
1-2 years of Massage Therapy experience preferred but we are open to meeting with recent graduates as well
Strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building skills
Must have appropriate State/County/City Massage Therapy License
Must be able to work weekends
