Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base pay
• Full‑time MTs earn $60,000–$80,000/year (including tips)
• Sign‑on bonus up to $1,500
• Paid CEUs + paid in‑person training

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduates of a massage therapy program
• Therapists who are licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure
• Students, new grads, and experienced MTs from all backgrounds—medical, spa, private practice, and more
