About the location:

Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna’i, a kid’s club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. Offering an holistic relaxation experience for guests – Four Seasons Resorts Lana’i also features two fitness and yoga facilities – both with fabulous ocean views. Guests looking to add fitness to their wellness regime can explore our comprehensive fitness and yoga programs that include Personal Training, Kettlebell Power, Full Body Conditioning, Core Conditioning, Tai Chi, and Anti-Gravity Yoga (Aerial Yoga).

WHAT YOU’LLDO

HawanawanaSpa invites you to join our team as aMassage Therapist,where you will deliver personalized, high-quality massage treatments to guests, ensuring a luxurious and rejuvenatingexperience that embodies the brand’s standards of excellence. This rolerequires a deep understanding of various massage techniques, aguest focusedapproach, and a commitment tomaintaininga professional, sereneenvironment. You will also contribute to the overall spa experience bypromoting wellness offerings and supporting the team in creating amemorable experience for all guestsResponsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:

Client Consultation & Treatment

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest needs, healthconcerns,and preferences.

• Provide a variety of massage services, such as Swedish, deep tissue, andspecialty treatments, tailored to guest preferences.

• Educate guests about the benefits of treatments and recommendpersonalized spa programs.

Spa Environment Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room, adheringto Four Seasons’ standards.

• Ensure proper sanitization of equipment and restocking of products.

• Uphold a tranquil and professional atmosphere in the spa.

Guest Interaction & Service Excellence

• Handle all guest interactions with warmth, professionalism, anddiscretion.

• Promote other spa services and wellness programs, encouraginggueststo explore the full range of offerings.

• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through thoughtfuland attentive service.

Team Collaboration & Compliance

• Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamlessspa operations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stayinformed about spa updates, trends, and protocols.

• Comply withall health, safety, and operational standards tomaintainasecure environment for guests and staff.

WHAT TOBRING

• Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

• Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

• Weekend and Holiday availability required

• Hawaii StateLicense asaMassage Therapist

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment,performing massage treatments

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massagetechniques

• A passion for health, wellness, and creating transformative guestexperiences.
