Key Responsibilities – Licensed Massage Therapist

As a valued team member, your key responsibilities include:
• Create a Sanctuary: Set the tone with a calm, welcoming, and uplifting energy that immediately puts guests at ease.
• Intuitive Guest Communication: Listen actively and tailor each service to address individual needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Luxury-Level Customer Care: Deliver unparalleled guest service by anticipating needs, personalizing experiences, and fostering genuine connections.
• Treatment Room Excellence: Maintain an immaculate, fully-stocked treatment space that is always guest-ready and reflects our spa’s elevated standards.
• Professional Presentation: Uphold a sophisticated, polished appearance aligned with our brand’s luxury image.
• Elevated Communication: Speak with grace, courtesy, and professionalism in all guest and team interactions.
• Schedule Flexibility: Provide availability for a variety of shifts—including evenings and weekends—to support peak guest demand.
• Protocol Mastery: Execute all treatments with precision, following our proven, award-winning protocols to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Dependable Presence: Show up with purpose, reliability, and a commitment to delivering your best with every session.

• Reliable Transportation: Ensure consistent punctuality with dependable transportation.

• Diverse Modalities Expertise: Deliver a range of therapeutic techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, and more—always customized to the guest’s individual wellness goals.
Qualifications:
• Current and valid Massage Therapy License in the state of Virginia
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness-centered environment is highly preferred but not necessary
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, guest-first attitude
• Deep passion for holistic wellness and helping clients achieve physical and emotional renewal
• Solid foundation in massage theory, anatomy, and body mechanics with a commitment to continued learning and professional growth
