Job Description

•Perform in the mascot suit for up to 30 minutes at a time while maintaining energy and enthusiasm. •Stand and remain physically active for periods longer than 45 minutes. •Engage with fans, students, alumni, and guests in a positive and professional manner. •Participate in high-energy activities such as walking, dancing, and light athletic movements. •Maintain costume cleanliness and ensure proper care and storage. •Uphold the character of the mascot at all times, without breaking role. •Attend and participate in athletic games, campus events, and community functions. •Follow event schedules and coordinate with handlers or event staff for appearances.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a current Flagler College student.
• Ability to perform physically demanding activities in a full-body costume.
• Able to stand and be active for extended periods.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing, acting, or dancing.
• Customer service or public engagement experience.
