Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der Produktion von CNC-Drehmaschinen/ Ein- und Mehrspindler
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität der hergestellten Drehteile
  • Einhaltung und Gewährleistung von Vorgabedaten der Arbeitsvorbereitung und der Arbeitssicherheit
  • Einhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Werkzeugen
  • Melden von SAP-, BDE- und CAQ-Daten

Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise eine Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (all genders) oder mind. 3-jährige Berufserfahrung als Maschinen- und Anlagenbediener (all genders) im Sektor Drehen - Edelstahlzerspanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Systemen CAQ ; MES und SAP
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen der Konstruktionszeichnungen von Bauteilen etc.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln wie Messschieber, Bügelmessschraube und Lehren, etc.
  • Teamfähigkeit und eigenständiges Arbeiten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schichtsystem)
