PAY RANGE: $70,400.00 - $80,000.00 ANNUALLY

POSITION AND PURPOSE

The Web Delivery & Experience Specialist is a hands-on, individual contributor responsible for creating, editing, and publishing content-driven experiences on Golden 1’s public-facing website. This role focuses on website content writing, page execution in the Sitecore Content Management System (CMS), and supporting day-to-day web delivery across campaigns and business-as-usual updates.
This role is designed for a tech-forward digital marketer. Someone with comfort working in a CMS, and confidence writing clear, compliant, and engaging website content. The Web Delivery & Experience Specialist collaborates closely with Content Strategy, UX, Product Marketing, Compliance, and Analytics partners to ensure website pages are accurate, on-brand, accessible, and launched on time.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable using AI-powered tools to support content research, drafting, editing, and optimization.

WHO YOU ARE

You create, edit, and publish content-driven experiences on Golden 1’s public-facing website, translating business and marketing needs into clear, compliant, and engaging digital content.

You are a hands-on digital marketer with strong CMS expertise, content writing skills, and a high attention to detail, who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

You partner closely with Content Strategy, UX, Product Marketing, Compliance, and Analytics to ensure website experiences are accurate, on brand, accessible, and delivered efficiently using modern, AI enabled tools and best practices.
THE WORK

GOLDEN 1 RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

Website Content Creation & Editing
• Write, edit, and maintain website content for product pages, campaign landing pages, FAQs, and evergreen experiences.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into clear, member-friendly website copy using established brand voice and tone standards.
• Use AI-assisted writing tools to support content drafting, rewriting, summarization, and optimization while applying human judgment and editorial review.
• Support basic SEO best practices, including page structure, headings, metadata, and internal linking.
• Ensure all content meets compliance and quality standards prior to launch.

Website Execution & Publishing
• Build, update, and publish web pages in the CMS using approved components, templates, and design systems.
• Execute BAU and campaign-related web work efficiently while following established workflows and timelines.

Digital Marketing Support & Collaboration
• Collaborate with Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Compliance teams to support cohesive digital experiences.
• Participate in intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for web-related work.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revisions quickly while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Quality, Accuracy & Continuous Improvement
• Maintain high attention to detail across copy, layouts, links, metadata, and components.
• Contribute ideas to improve templates, workflows, and content efficiency over time.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
EXPERIENCE: 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, website content, CMS publishing, or a related role. Experience supporting public-facing websites in regulated industries is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
• Strong website content writing and editing skills with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and usability.
• Experience working with content management systems, preferably Sitecore.
• Comfort using AI tools to assist with content creation and optimization.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including content, SEO, UX, and campaign support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with modular page components and template-based page building.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles for website content.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to follow defined processes, workflows, and brand standards.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work time includes weekend and after-hours time, based on organizational needs. This position works in-office where working conditions, lighting, temperature, audio, and workspace are all sufficient.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work requires the ability to constantly operate a computer and the ability to read, type, and communicate. Work may require the ability to move work-related supplies weighing up to 10-15 pounds.
