Viktor is the AI teammate. He lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does real work for real companies: finance, marketing, ops, engineering. We're building the product that replaces half the SaaS stack.
The team is small. The scope is not.
You run Viktor's marketing machine. You pick, connect and pay for the tools we buy, and build the ones we can't buy on Viktor itself. Think product manager for the marketing org, who builds the product.
Marketing can't keep pace with our growth by adding people. Every team needs tools that let one person do the work of three, and today nobody owns that. You're hands-on, with no team at the start, and report to Kieran Flanagan, our CMO.
By day 90:
Lots of half-built micro-systems to tidy up, leaders who all want something first, and a stack growing faster than anyone can track. You'll have to say no, and cut things people like.
Your tools run Viktor's own marketing and show what the product can do. No tickets, no sprint planning. As the team grows, you own marketing systems, with the chance to build and lead a martech function.
Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.
We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.
We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling.
This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on.
That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true.
Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage.
The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.

Viktor is an AI employee that lives in your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace. You @mention it like any teammate and the work gets done. It connects to 3,200+ tools your company already uses and does the actual work: pulls reports from Stripe, manages Google Ads keywords, builds dashboards, drafts emails, files tickets, reconciles invoices.
It runs scheduled tasks while you sleep. It delivers real outputs (PDFs, spreadsheets, web apps), not walls of text. And it learns how your team operates, so it gets better the longer you work together.
