Your team

Our MarTech team is growing as we take on an exciting mix of new marketing technology projects that will shape the way we communicate with clients, personalise their experiences and improve how our marketing works behind the scenes. This role sits at the centre of marketing, product, engineering, data, and compliance.

Your role in the Team's Success

As MarTech Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of a complex and evolving marketing technology roadmap. You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to cross-functional initiatives that span customer engagement, data, marketing and acquisition and AI. You will translate strategic intent into clear delivery plans, ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and outcomes, and keep execution moving calmly and predictably, even when the work is complex or ambiguous.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end delivery planning across the MarTech portfolio, coordinating cross-functional workstreams with clear milestones, dependencies and ownership.

  • Act as the central delivery point between marketing, product, engineering, data, compliance and third-party partners, proactively identifying and resolving risks and blockers.

  • Lead discovery and definition activities, documenting user journeys, data flows and success measures to translate business goals into actionable delivery plans.

  • Bridge the gap between marketing objectives and technical implementation, particularly in areas such as tracking, tagging and measurement, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined and understood by engineering teams.

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of new MarTech capabilities, including customer engagement platforms, customer data platforms and AI capability, coordinating testing, UAT and handover into BAU teams.

  • Develop and continuously improve delivery processes, documentation standards and ways of working to reduce friction and strengthen collaboration across the team.

What you'll need for this role

Key Qualification Requirements:

  • Experience in a hybrid delivery, project management or business analysis role within marketing, digital or technology environments.

  • Strong ability to translate business objectives into structured delivery plans, requirements and documentation, with a solid understanding of how marketing technology supports marketing activation.

  • Understanding of tagging frameworks, tracking architectures and conversion measurement (e.g. GTM, server-side tagging, conversion APIs) with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for implementation teams.

  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams with different priorities, disciplines and levels of technical understanding.

  • Experience managing multiple initiatives in parallel, including coordination of external vendors and delivery partners, while maintaining focus on outcomes
