We are looking for an experienced and organized Marshal Supervisor to lead and coordinate a team of event marshals. The role involves supervising on-ground operations, ensuring smooth coordination among team members, and maintaining high standards of event safety and crowd management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and assign duties to event marshals across various zones.
Monitor crowd movement and ensure all safety measures are implemented.
Coordinate with the event management team to relay updates and resolve on-site issues.
Conduct briefings and ensure marshals understand their responsibilities.
Manage shift rotations, attendance, and performance monitoring.
Handle incident reporting and ensure quick response to any emergency situations.
Requirements:
Must hold a freelance visa with a valid QID.
Proven experience as a Marshal Supervisor or Team Leader in previous events.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
Availability for the entire event duration (4 days).
