We are seeking energetic and responsible Event Marshals to assist in ensuring smooth crowd management, safety, and operational support during an upcoming event. The ideal candidate should be proactive, disciplined, and experienced in managing public gatherings or large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide and assist event attendees in designated areas.
Maintain crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Coordinate with the marshal supervisor and event management team to handle on-ground tasks efficiently.
Report any incidents or emergencies to supervisors immediately.
Support the logistics and flow of participants, vehicles, or guests as instructed.
Ensure assigned zones are organized, clean, and well-managed throughout the event.
Requirements:
Must hold a freelance visa with a valid QID
Prior experience as a marshal or in event operations is required.
Ability to work long hours and remain attentive throughout the event.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Punctual and professional attitude.
