
Marsh People and Investments Executive Rewards Analyst- Louisville- College Program 2027
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Executive Rewards team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Louisville KY and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office or with clients.
The first step in your career with the Executive Rewards business is as an Executive Rewards Analyst. Analysts work with a broad range of clients and industries, participating as a member of project teams to diagnose issues and design strategic solutions. We work with clients around the world to engage their most important assets, their people. We partner with board members, senior executives, and HR leaders to optimize business performance through strategies that better manage, reward, and engage their people.
The Executive Rewards practice helps companies design, assess, and execute performance measurement and rewards strategies that reinforce business objectives. We do this by understanding our clients' unique strategies, capabilities, and cultures, and applying our analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of global market practices to deliver effective results. We benchmark, design, and implement rewards programs — including compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefit programs — and serve as Marsh People and Investments' national executive benefits center of expertise.
