You will work to supporttradingbusinessesacross Markets, including Foreign Exchange Sales and Trading whichoperatesinmore than10 sites globallyTheMarketsProduct Manager willpartner with Technology, Operations,Finance, Risk, Legaland otherbusiness partners to execute initiatives and deliverproductand infrastructure aligned with our strategicpriorities.

The Markets Product Management team is at the forefront ofimplementing both change the bank and run the bank initiatives across State Street Markets.
What you will be responsible for
The successful candidate will work with business leaders toimplement strategic and tactical initiatives, will partner with technology,operations and other business partners todeliverproductand infrastructurealigned with our strategic goalsand regulatory requirements
Partner with business leaders toidentify product, trading infrastructure and operating modelsnecessary forthe successful implementation ofstrategyandinitiatives
Usher productthrough internaland regulatorygovernance
Define product features anddevelop product overviews, workflowsand visual artifacts to crystalize product use, and process owners.
Work with technologytodrivetechnologysolutionsand deliverables to meet product requirements
Build relationships with business partners (i.eLegal, Compliance, Operations, IT, Finance, Procurementetc.) and ensure they understand business needs to create robust and sustainable solutions.
Becomea subject matter expertfor the trading businessesacross initiatives and projects.
Understand thefull trading flow life cycleandobjectives and priorities of the business
Review, analyze, and evaluate business and user needsin order torecommend solutions and options
Develop andexecute projectsto meet changing needs and requirements
Identify and frame risks and issues as well as ensure their timely resolution or escalation
Define the workflows, processes, policies and procedures utilized to conduct our trading businesses
Effectivelycommunicate,collaborateanddeveloprelationshipswith diverse stakeholders with varied interests.
What we value
5+yearsindustry experience(Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst preferred)
Subject matter expertise intrading andcapital markets(FX, Rates, Fixed Income preferred)
Demonstrated successexecutingmultipleprojects and businessinitiativeswithincomplexorganizationalsettings
Demonstrate capability to interact, negotiate and influenceat all levels of management and across the organizations.
Outstandingorganizational,analyticaland consultative abilities.
Bachelor’s Degree
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
