Job Description

In this role, you will face a range of challenges, including:

  • Out-of-the-box thinking to resolve daily queries from multiple stakeholders across the business, including clients
  • Performing daily analytical activities, applying your knowledge, skills, and independent judgment to identify root causes and drive resolution.
  • Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and finding practical ways to collaborate effectively.
  • Managing a small team, supporting performance, prioritization, and day-to-day delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and processing income-related transactions across multiple proprietary and vendor platforms
  • Facilitating accurate and timely income processing for all in-scope products across markets.
  • Owning and resolving booking issues impacting clients, demonstrating strong accountability and client-oriented focus.
  • Creating strong working relationships with the teams you interact with and partnering day-to-day to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Speaking up with ideas to address process and technology gaps and driving initiatives through to completion
  • Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are consistently met, including coverage planning and adherence to controls.
  • Escalating issues promptly, with clear communication and appropriate prioritization.
  • Supporting and managing team members by allocating work, coaching on problem-solving and controls, providing feedback, and helping build a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
