About the role

You'll play a key role in enhancing onsite content performance through the use of data and analytics. You will leverage insights to identify opportunities that drive engaging, high-performing content and support overall trading objectives.

Operating within a fast-paced retail environment, this role requires strong numerical and analytical capability, alongside excellent attention to detail. You will be expected to respond quickly to seasonal trends and trading changes, while effectively managing multiple priorities.

Collaboration is central to success in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, joined-up outcomes, including partnering with the Seller team to align on overarching offers and campaigns. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure alignment and maximise performance across all activities.

  • Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.
  • Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).

You will be responsible for
Monitoring weekly online sales performance, identifying opportunities to improve commercial KPIs, and using onsite content and trading levers to deliver against forecast and budget.

Confidently working with large datasets, including producing regular performance reports, delivering ad hoc analysis, and providing the wider team with actionable insights to optimise onsite content.

Supporting both in-flight and post-event analysis to inform ongoing optimisation and shape future content and trading strategies.

Owning the coordination and delivery of trade events and campaigns, ensuring they are customer-focused, accurately executed, and continuously optimised using data and insights.

Proactively identifying and driving new or improved trading opportunities across onsite and offsite channels.

Collaborating closely with Content Managers to support the delivery of trade and seasonal events, ensuring alignment and consistency.

Leveraging capabilities such as AI, personalisation, and category page innovation to enhance customer engagement and drive conversion.

You will need
Experience using workflow management tools such as Workfront or Jira.

A strong commercial and SEO mindset, with the ability to balance customer experience and performance

Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Adobe Omniture (SiteCatalyst), with the ability to use data to inform decisions

Confidence working with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.

Demonstrated experience using web analytics to make data-driven decisions that improve performance.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on trading and campaign optimisation.

Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Outlook.

Experience operating within a commercial environment, ideally with exposure to marketplace models.

A genuine passion for online and digital experiences.
