Marketplace PPC Manager (Amazon & Walmart)

A fast-growing consumer products company is seeking a Marketplace PPC Manager to fully own and scale paid advertising across Amazon and Walmart Marketplace This role is responsible for driving revenue, optimizing performance, and building scalable, data-driven advertising strategies across high-volume accounts.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven success scaling Amazon PPC campaigns at volume
Hands-on experience with Walmart Connect (WMC) campaigns
Highly analytical with deep understanding of ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CPC, CVR
Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage budgets and hit revenue targets
Strategic thinker who can scale profitably, not just spend
Self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
Key Responsibilities
Own full Amazon & Walmart marketplace advertising performance
Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and WMC campaigns
Build and optimize keyword strategy, bidding models, and campaign structures
Continuously improve ACOS, ROAS, and total revenue performance
Allocate and manage large advertising budgets across campaigns
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, targeting, and structure
Monitor competitors and marketplace trends
Analyze performance data and translate into actionable growth strategies
Partner with marketing and e-commerce teams to align on revenue goals
Deliver clear reporting with insights and optimization plans
Qualifications & Must-Haves
3+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience (non-negotiable)
Minimum 6 months experience running Walmart Connect campaigns
Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising Console and marketplace mechanics
Strong command of performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CPC)
Experience managing and scaling large ad budgets
Advanced analytical and reporting skills
