  • Deliver live training sessions, create video tutorials, and maintain knowledge bases.
  • Promote best practices across the Marketplace team to enhance seller experience and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and coach the Manila‑based onboarding team, setting clear performance frameworks and quality standards.
  • Partner closely with technology teams, Mirakl, and SI partners to resolve integration challenges and optimise onboarding processes.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have

  • Demonstrated experience leading end‑to‑end seller onboarding and technical integrations for a large‑scale marketplace platform (e.g. Mirakl).
  • Proven experience managing and coaching an offshore onboarding team (e.g. Manila), supported by structured training, SOPs, and performance frameworks.
  • Strong collaboration experience with sellers, SI vendors, and internal teams to resolve integration challenges and meet SLAs.
  • Expertise in developing technical documentation, SOPs, how‑to guides, video tutorials, and seller‑facing portal content.
  • Experience configuring marketplace platforms, including transformation rules, category mapping, attribute normalisation, and shipping/tax rules.
  • Strong process documentation skills (BPMN, flowcharts) and experience supporting CRM requirements documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery environments (Jira or Azure DevOps), including backlog management and prioritisation.

Join the team at Kmart and play a pivotal role in shaping a scalable, high‑performing marketplace that delivers exceptional seller experiences
