Minimum 5 years of as an onboarding coordinate in e-Commerce business
Highly analytical and a logical thinker
Have developed excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient at multi-tasking
Tech savvy and able to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity
Core responsibilities:
Assisting Marketplace sellers with integration to the Kogan.com platform by providing hands-on support and guidance via email, telephone and face-to-face (where required)
Facilitating the integration and management of seller product listings onto the Kogan.com Marketplace platform
Assisting sellers with data integrity and quality as per Kogan.com’s requirements
Effectively managing relationships with existing sellers and assist with day-to-day operations
Working closely with Account Managers and the Operations Manager to manage and support the relationship between seller and Kogan.com
Liaising with various stakeholders to assist with seller quality control
Working effectively with internal Departments to achieve effective outcomes with sellers
Analysing and action reports on seller metrics to assist with seller quality control and management
