  • Assist in gathering market intelligence — monitoring competitor activity, industry trends, and new partner opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team on partner campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization tasks.
  • Support the Operations team in preparing and validating regular business reports.
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Data teams to help track invoicing, payment status, and reconciliations.
  • Learn to identify and address basic data issues in reports to reduce errors.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Timely, well-formatted partner performance reports and dashboards under the guidance of the manager.
  • Assist in onboarding documentation and initial communication with newly signed partners.
  • Contribute to achieving the team's monthly and quarterly targets through diligent operational support.
  • Help maintain partner records, meeting notes, and follow-up trackers.
  • Cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Data teams as directed.
  • Take ownership of small projects assigned by the Business Development Manager and see them through to completion.

Skills and experience:

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • No prior work experience required; internships, part-time roles, or academic projects in travel/e-commerce are a plus.
  • Strong interest in the travel industry and digital marketplaces.
  • Good analytical mindset with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables); willingness to learn advanced Excel is essential.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable working with multi-cultural and cross-cultural teams.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a full-time commercial role.

Additional Info:

  • Reports to: Business Development Manager.
  • Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance).
  • Hands-on exposure to the online travel marketplace and digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Direct mentorship from the Business Development Manager and wider commercial team.
