Baycourt Community & Arts Centre is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Ticketing Manager to lead the team responsible for getting audiences through Baycourt's doors and into unforgettable experiences.
From international touring productions and local theatre, to community events, conferences, festivals and everything in between, Baycourt is at the heart of arts, culture and entertainment in Tauranga. This is your opportunity to help shape how our community connects with the performing arts while driving audience growth and engagement.
As the Marketing & Ticketing Manager, you'll lead the marketing, communications, audience development and ticketing functions for our two city centre venues – Baycourt Community & Arts Centre and The Cargo Shed. You'll be responsible for creating and delivering campaigns that capture attention, build loyalty and drive attendance across a diverse range of events and activities.
You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, using customer insights, creativity and commercial acumen to help Baycourt take the next step in its evolution.
No two days are the same. One day you might be launching a major festival season, the next analysing ticket sales trends, developing audience growth initiatives, or supporting a community event that's bringing people together in new and meaningful ways.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be an experienced marketing leader who enjoys both strategy and execution. You're comfortable working with data, motivated by results, and genuinely excited about connecting people with experiences they'll remember.
