ABOUT THE POSITION

Within this role, you will partner with global and regional brand marketing teams to gather project and system requirements and support execution through effective use of marketing project management tools. You will maintain primary responsibility for Workfront, supporting creative project management across the creative team, eCommerce team, and photo studio, while leveraging your marketing and technical expertise to ensure projects are clearly scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time. You will also support the use of Airtable for planning, roadmapping, budget tracking, and visibility into marketing work before and after creative delivery, with opportunity to further develop skills in that platform. This role includes responsibility for supporting best practices related to user adoption, onboarding, and ongoing platform usage, and offers a clear developmental pathway into a senior marketing project management or marketing technology position.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Partner with marketing, creative, and studio teams to intake, plan, and manage projects in Workfront
  • Support creative project management across multiple teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Create, maintain, and update Workfront projects, templates, and workflows to support efficient execution
  • Leverage Airtable to support marketing planning, tracking, and visibility outside of creative execution
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Monitor timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and addressing issues
  • Provide ongoing support to platform users, helping improve adoption and consistency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows

YOU ARE

  • Organized and detail‑oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross‑functional partners
  • Skilled at communicating with creative, marketing, and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Adaptable and able to balance structure with flexibility
  • Interested in continuing to grow your expertise in marketing technology and project management

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–3+ years of experience working with Workfront, ideally supporting creative or marketing teams
  • Experience managing marketing or creative projects from intake through delivery
  • Experience using Airtable for planning, tracking, or reporting, or demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Familiarity with marketing or creative workflows, including collaboration with design, photo, or eCommerce teams
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects successfully
  • Proficiency working in a Mac environment
