Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist in Exeter, PA. In this role, you’ll help bring campaigns to life across digital, print, promotional, and event channels while supporting brand work that drives customer engagement and sales growth.

About the Role

As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will coordinate marketing deliverables, support supplier obligations, maintain content accuracy, and help ensure Keystone’s brand is presented consistently across communication channels.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, events, and promotions
• Support supplier marketing obligations tied to print, digital, promotional, and trade show activity
• Brainstorm campaign ideas and help translate objectives into creative deliverables
• Partner with internal teams to develop on-brand copy, creative assets, advertisements, and marketing materials
• Review content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across communication channels
• Assist with brochures, flyers, signage, handbooks, mailers, presentations, and other campaign materials
• Support Marketing Specialists, Marketing Managers, Category Management, suppliers, and other marketing areas as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related business tools
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with teams and present information clearly
• Ability to collaborate with a team while executing tasks independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automotive, RV, marine, and/or towing products, uses, and markets
• Experience with social media, campaign performance, or data-driven marketing
