As a Marketing Support Manager on the Marketingteam, a typical day for you will include:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Support Specialists to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
Manage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure timely and effective support across multiple brands.
Monitor support requests, service trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and support documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in marketing support, customer support, marketing operations, business operations, shared services, or a related operational environment.
3+ years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising employees.
Experience developing operational processes, improving workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Skills:
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems, including reporting and workflow management tools.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions.
Ability to identify operational challenges and implement practical process improvements.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Schedule / in-office requirements:
Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
