• Support the Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator with graphic design and marketing resource documentation
• Create and update marketing documents using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop based on existing templates
• Create new website listings and update existing website content and data
• Maintain and update administrative worksheets and records
• Edit product swatches, including updating background colors and adding grout effects to tile swatches
• Resize images and manage file naming conventions
• Create product labels with QR codes
• Organize and maintain digital files and folders
• Assist with website updates using platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and Textpattern
• Support email marketing activities using Mailchimp as required
• Perform general administrative and file management tasks using Google Drive
