Responsibilities

• Support daily execution and monitor for the new EV Charging and carpark advertising business with internal and external parties
• Support the daily operation and performance monitoring of MTR Station Car Parks
• Plan and execute the new business-to-business revenue initiatives and projects
• Perform comprehensive market research for pricing strategies
• Perform routine inspection and service improvement and follow up on complaints

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Operation Management or a related discipline
• A minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and also a good team player
• Analytical mind with strong problem solving and cross functional coordination skills
• Well-organised with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business and commercial acumen with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
