The Role
The Marketing Supervisor will support all Savills Egypt marketing activities, with responsibility for coordinating, executing, and supervising ongoing marketing initiatives and projects. Acting as a central point of coordination between internal business lines, clients, and external suppliers, the role requires strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives across both corporate and client accounts.
The Marketing Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Executive, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency and supporting business objectives
Key Responsibilities
Corporate and Project Management
Support the Marketing Director in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives for Savills Egypt and its clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, events, activations, and communication initiatives across corporate and client accounts
Act as the key liaison between internal teams, clients, agencies, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects
Manage the development and production of marketing collateral, presentations, digital content, reports, and other communication materials
Ensure all marketing activities and materials are aligned with Savills brand guidelines and quality standards
Monitor marketing budgets, project timelines, and supplier performance to ensure effective project delivery and value for money
Track and analyse campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity, providing regular reports and recommendations
Support public relations, digital marketing, social media, and employer branding initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
Participate in client meetings and support the presentation of marketing plans, initiatives, and performance reports
People Management
Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to the Marketing Executive
Delegate tasks appropriately and monitor progress to ensure deadlines and objectives are achieved
Support the professional development of the Marketing Executive through regular coaching and feedback
Foster effective collaboration across departments to support wider business objectives
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Sound knowledge of marketing principles and the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns
Understanding of branding, communications, digital marketing, public relations, and event management
Experience within the real estate sector is recommended
Team supervision and coordination
Digital marketing knowledge
Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills
Project management skills, including critical path development
Time management skills with the ability to deliver under tight deadline for multiple projects
Ensure cross-departmental alignment
