Job Title: Marketing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. They will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and branding, to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services

- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities

- Manage and monitor advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional activities and events

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly

- Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials

- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other partners

- Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices

- Experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools

- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
