Job Category: Entry LevelThe Marketing Summer Internship at Moody Gardens provides hands-on experience in destination marketing, brand strategy, digital engagement, and campaign development within a large-scale hospitality and attractions environment serving over two million annual guests.
Interns will work closely with the Marketing team to support campaigns promoting hotel operations, attractions, seasonal events, conservation initiatives, theaters, food & beverage outlets, and special programming.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within the past 12 months) from an accredited college or university
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversion rates)
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, or CRM systems preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong copywriting and editing abilities
- Creative thinking with attention to brand consistency
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends
- Comfortable presenting ideas and campaign summaries to leadership
