Valleyview Co-op in VIRDEN, MB is looking for a Marketing Summer Student at the Co-op Administration Office!

Valleyview Co-op is looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Student to join our team for the summer months! If you’re passionate about social media, events, and connecting with your community, this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Support social media, content creation, and marketing campaigns
• Assist with community events (parades, BBQs, festivals & more!)
• Capture photos and videos for marketing use
• Help create graphics and promotional materials (Canva)
• Coordinate event setup, supplies, and logistics
• Engage with members and represent the Co-op brand

What We’re Looking For:

• Student interested in marketing or communications
• Valid driver’s license (must be able to drive independently)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organized, reliable, and ready to jump in
• Looking to work between 24 – 32 hours per week
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends for events

This position falls under Collective Bargaining Agreement with UFCW 832. Wage Range: $16.25 - $20.29
