We are looking for a motivated marketing student to join our growing team in a part-time role of approximately 15 hours per week. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in ecommerce, digital marketing and promotional execution. A key focus of this role is supporting the Marketing Coordinator in maintaining and improving our Adobe Magento webshop, ensuring accurate, engaging and up-to-date product information.
Webshop Management (Adobe Magento)
Maintain and update product listings (descriptions, images, pricing, attributes and categorisation)
Identify and correct errors, missing data and inconsistencies
Upload and schedule promotional content, banners and landing pages
Assist with navigation, filters and user experience improvements
Coordinate with Category and Sales to ensure product accuracy
Promotions & Campaign Support
Assist with campaign setup, pricing checks and promotional calendars
Prepare product lists and campaign assets
Monitor live promotions to ensure accuracy
Support EDM content uploads and digital asset management
Events & Marketing Support
Assist with event coordination, logistics and collateral preparation
Support creation of flyers, presentations and digital assets
Assist with merchandising tasks, sample management and general admin
Currently studying marketing, ecommerce, digital media or similar
Strong attention to detail, especially with online content and product data
Experience with Adobe Magento or similar ecommerce/CMS platforms is advantageous
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, curious and eager to learn
