Job Description

The Marketing Strategy Summer Intern will support high-impact strategic initiatives across PCG Marketing, including market analysis, data-driven insights, capability development, and execution support. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise-level marketing strategy, analytics, and transformation initiatives within a global B2B organization.

The intern will partner closely with senior marketing leaders and cross‑functional teams to help translate data and insights into clear recommendations, tools, and deliverables.

Additional Information:

This position will be fully remote.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct secondary research on markets, customers, competitors, and industry trends
  • Support synthesis of insights into executive-ready summaries and presentations

Data & Insights Support

  • Assist with organizing, cleaning, and analyzing marketing, customer, or sales data
  • Help develop simple dashboards, trackers, or insight summaries (Excel, PowerPoint)

Strategic Project Support

  • Support initiatives related to marketing excellence, data activation, segment and region-specific initiatives, and AI enablement
  • Assist in documenting frameworks, processes, and playbooks

Executive & Team Enablement

  • Build presentation slides and meeting materials for leadership discussions
  • Attend project and team meetings; capture notes, action items, and next steps

General Project Management

  • Maintain project documentation and status updates
  • Support coordination across marketing, insights, sales, and regional teams

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or Communications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Expected graduation date in 2027
  • Demonstrated leadership involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
