Job Description

Join a team delivering high-impact marketing campaigns that drive lending product adoption and engagement. You’ll bring strategy to life through operational excellence, helping launches run smoothly, compliantly, and with measurable outcomes.

As a Marketing Strategy Associate in the Card Lending team, you drive execution-first delivery of campaigns across owned channels, translating strategy into launch-ready creative and contact plans. You partner across teams to ensure accurate, on-time launches with strong controls and compliance checkpoints. You also support post-launch reporting by turning performance results into clear recommendations.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns to ensure accurate, consistent, and on-time delivery across channels
  • Coordinate creative development inputs, routing, and approvals to support launch readiness
  • Maintain controls and campaign documentation, including proofing, version control, approvals, and audit-ready change tracking
  • Conduct pre-launch quality checks to confirm content, targeting, and contact plans are accurate and compliant
  • Pull and synthesize post-launch performance data into clear results readouts for partners and leaders
  • Monitor performance against goals and identify optimization opportunities across targeting, creative, offers, and timing
  • Prepare campaign recaps, business updates, and recommendations in partnership with Analytics and Channel teams
  • Support control evaluations by partnering with Controls stakeholders and contributing to process improvements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 1 year of professional experience in marketing or analytics (remove years of experience for EMEA roles)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans and deliverables
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform recommendations and improve outcomes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, in-app, and digital placements
  • Experience working within marketing controls, compliance, and approval workflows
  • Familiarity with performance reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau)
