The Marketing Strategist leads data‑driven marketing strategies across the full customer lifecycle to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty for key areas of the business. This role identifies the moments that matter most to customers and translates insights into prioritized, high‑impact strategies that support Midco’s company goals through close cross‑functional collaboration and clear execution plans. The position continuously optimizes performance using data, testing, and insights to deliver measurable business results.
This is a hybrid position working a minimum of 1 day per week from our Sioux Falls office with the option to work-from-home the remaining days.
