Job Description

Marketing Specialist/Manager - APAC深圳社招全职职位描述1. Develop and implement scalable, ROI-driven influencer marketing strategies to achieve measurable business outcomes across APAC markets (e.g. Japan, Southeast Asia, and Australia/New Zealand markets).
2. Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with high-impact influencers and artists who resonate with our target audience and brand.
3. Lead full-cycle influencer campaigns to boost engagement, brand affinity, and conversion rates.
4. Build and manage a strategic product seeding program to enhance brand visibility through partnerships with cultural leaders, trendsetters, and key influencers.
5. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CPV, affiliate sales, CAC) to maximize ROI and impact.
6. Establish and track team KPIs, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.职位要求1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Related experience in influencer marketing with a successful track record in scaling programs for measurable ROI, preferably in tech, consumer electronics, or related industries.
3. Expertise in data analysis and marketing analytics with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
4. Passion for videography or content creation is a plus.
5. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with demonstrated success in collaborating with influencers and cultural stakeholders.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages (e.g. Japanese, Thai, Indonesian) is a plus.
