Job Description

Are you passionate about creating impactful marketing strategies that resonate with international audiences? For our legal entity Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers (Vontobel SFA), a US licensed Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), we are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Specialist to support our Private Clients business unit with a focus on U.S. clients. This role is central to driving marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent communication, and supporting senior stakeholders. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Investment Management, and client-facing teams to deliver high-impact marketing activities in a complex cross-border environment.

What would your role be?

  • Support and execute targeted marketing strategies for U.S. client segments and day-to-day marketing operations.
  • Partner with the Investment Management team to deliver and publish market-relevant content, including market outlooks, market commentaries and thought leadership pieces.
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, events, and communication channels
  • Support the planning and execution of client events, webinars, and roadshows tailored to U.S. clients
  • Provide marketing support to Relationship Managers and Business Development teams
  • Manage marketing governance to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting to enhance cost efficiency

What are we looking for?

  • 5–10 years of marketing experience in financial services, ideally in wealth or asset management
  • Strong understanding of U.S. clients and cross-border requirements
  • Proven experience with strategic initiatives and stakeholder management
  • Expertise in content creation and digital campaign management
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills in English and German
