Job Description

The Marketing Specialist provides administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the North America Skin Care Brand organization. This role is responsible for helping teams execute key business processes, manage project deliverables, coordinate cross-functional activities, and support commercialization readiness across the North America Skin Care portfolio.

This role serves as a critical point of coordination between Brand, Design, R&D, Product Supply, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and external agency partners to ensure projects move efficiently and deliverables are completed on time. As part of a growing business, this role offers opportunities to support a variety of initiatives and gain exposure across different aspects of marketing operations, commercialization, innovation, and business building activities.

Key Responsibilities

Artwork & Packaging Process Coordination

  • Coordinate artwork development projects from initiation through final approval.
  • Manage artwork timelines, review cycles, routing, and approval processes.
  • Partner with Design, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and external agencies to ensure
  • required inputs are obtained and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain artwork documentation, version control, and project records.
  • Support package updates, label changes, and commercialization activities.

Agency Administration & Financial Support

  • Establish and manage agency purchase order and contracts, and vendor setup requests.
  • Track agency spending, invoices, purchase orders, and budget documentation.
  • Partner with Finance, Purchasing, and agency contacts to resolve administrative issues.
  • Maintain records of marketing expenditures and agency engagements.
  • Support budget tracking and fiscal planning processes.

E-Content Coordination

  • Support development, collection, and submission of digital and e-commerce content.
  • Coordinate product images, copy, claims, videos, and supporting assets required by customers and e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries and content repositories.
  • Track retailer-specific content requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate updates resulting from packaging, product, or claims changes.

Claims & Documentation Support

  • Coordinate claims review and approval workflows across Marketing, R&D, Legal, and Regulatory partners.
  • Maintain approved claims libraries and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with gathering substantiation materials and supporting records.
  • Ensure marketing materials use approved claims language.
  • Support organization and maintenance of claims-related files and systems.

Marketing Operations Support

  • Coordinate meetings, project timelines, action item tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • Support launch readiness activities and project milestone management.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, presentations, and business documentation.
  • Maintain team tools, databases, and operating systems.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for special projects as business needs evolve

Job Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong follow-up and project coordination capabilities

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting Marketing, Commercial, or Business Operations teams
  • Budget tracking, Purchase Orders, or invoice management experience
  • Packaging artwork coordination experience
  • Project management or commercialization support experience
  • Experience working with external vendors or agency partners
  • Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $69,300 – $96,200

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
