What you will be doing:
Promote properties across residential and commercial sector
Develop and execute social media content and campaigns while keeping up with current trends and best practices.
Manage social influencer initiatives
Monitor and analyse marketing strategies, offering recommendations to adjust and improve approaches.
Oversee shopping centre marketing, including events, décor, and activations, while managing vacancy schedules.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and provide administrative support for the execution of marketing campaigns.
What our client is looking for:
2+ years experience in social media, including planning and managing content.
Proficiency in managing various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) is required.
Prior experience in the property industry, or a strong passion for it, is considered an advantage.
Must be able to create and manage website content.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or similar tools is necessary to monitor performance.
Requires the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
Candidates need strong written and verbal communication.
