Job Description

Reporting to the Parts & Collision Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across AutoNation’s Wholesale Parts, Retail eCommerce Parts, and Collision businesses. The Specialist champions campaign execution, project coordination, reporting, and creative development. This role plays a critical role in supporting customer communications, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, field activation, and performance tracking to help drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.

The Marketing Specialist reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Parts & Collision and works closely with internal marketing teams across Strategy & Planning, CRM, Digital, Brand, and Analytics, as well as Parts Operations, Collision Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, agencies, vendors, OEM partners, and field teams. The Specialist builds productive internal and external working relationships across corporate and field organizations, as well as vendors, agencies, and other partners, to support successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and champion execution of marketing initiatives for AutoNation’s Wholesale Parts, Retail eCommerce Parts, and Collision businesses.
  • Lead day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns across CRM, outbound campaigns, paid media, web, social media, promotional programs, and local market activations.
  • Coordinate campaign planning, creative reviews, deployment, and post launch quality assurance.
  • Prepare marketing briefs, presentations, campaign documentation, and executive ready materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare recurring reports, dashboards, ROI analyses, and business insights.
  • Coordinate with corporate teams and external partners to ensure timely execution, including Operations, CRM, Digital Commerce, Analytics, IT, Finance, Brand, Legal, OEM partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Support customer acquisition, conquest, retention, lifecycle, and reactivation programs across B2B wholesale, retail eCommerce, and collision channels.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project plans, budgets, invoices, and vendor documentation.
  • Coordinate website content updates, promotional offers, and customer experience improvements for AutoNationParts.com and related digital customer channels.
  • Develop field communications, promotional materials, sales enablement materials, and operational guides.
  • Review campaign results, customer behavior, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities and escalate recommendations.
  • Ensure marketing materials comply with OEM, legal, and AutoNation brand standards.
  • Support testing and rollout of new marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment and supporting successful execution across assigned lines of business.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, CRM, digital marketing, or campaign execution.
  • Experience executing or coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across internal teams, external partners, and field stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM platforms, analytics tools, eCommerce marketing, and marketing best practices preferred.
  • Automotive, retail, B2B, eCommerce, or agency experience preferred.
  • Must meet company's requirements for employment.
