We are looking for an Marketing Specialist to join our team.

You will own hands-on delivery of marketing communications for UK Marketing & Recruitment. Accountable for building, deploying and optimising email and owned-channel communications that support customer journeys, campaign delivery and stakeholder needs, under the direction of senior marketing and customer experience leads.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Personally build, QA, schedule and deploy communications assets across email and other owned channels.
• Translate campaign briefs and journey plans into clear, effective communications that drive engagement and action.
• Manage end‑to‑end approvals, feedback loops and version control, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support testing and optimisation of messaging, formats, timing and journeys to improve performance.
• Work closely with Campaign, Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure comms align with customer experience priorities.
• Monitor basic performance metrics and feed insights back into future communications planning.
