Job Description

This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

The Marketing Specialist – Key Accounts leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across key wholesale partners in North America. This role manages the following for strategic accounts: marketing programs, integrated campaigns, partner activations, and co-op investments. The role also serves as a critical liaison between Sales, Marketing, and external partners. The position identifies growth opportunities, influences channel strategy, and delivers best-in-class execution that strengthens partner relationships and drives measurable business results.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Manage and develop marketing relationships across key wholesale accounts, serving as a primary partner for marketing strategy and execution.
  • Drive sell through and conversion initiatives in partnership with wholesale accounts, including planning, communication, and execution of account-specific programs and campaigns.
  • Own execution of marketing media programs supporting wholesale business, including budget allocation, vendor management, creative development, reporting, and recapping.
  • Develop marketing execution for new wholesale launches, including development of integrated marketing plans across channels such as organic and paid media, account platforms, influencer partnerships, in-store collaboration and digital placements.
  • Lead ongoing marketing to support wholesale account performance and sell-through, leveraging a range of tactics tailored to individual account needs and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with wholesale accounts to support joint campaigns, product launches, and key moments, ensuring strong brand representation, consistency and alignment.
  • Identify and lead new opportunities to influence sell in to driving sell through in accounts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Ecommerce, Legal, Design, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution across wholesale initiatives.

YOU ARE

  • Able to solve complex problems, and develop independent creative solutions based on the evaluation of multiple options. Decisions will impact multiple departments or disciplines.
  • Able to engage with business partners and leaders up and down the organization
  • Able to create and deliver clear, impactful presentations and confidently communicate information to various sized audiences across cross functional teams.
  • Experienced at Identifying and solving complex functional and cross-functional problems
  • Highly effective and able to handle multiple competing priorities and prioritize according to business need. This is a must.
  • Strong in writing and communication.

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required.
  • 4+ years of experience developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth within wholesale, retail, account marketing, trade marketing, or channel marketing environments.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated multi-channel, strategic marketing campaigns for brand across wholesale partners
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and ROI
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Enjoy the outdoors is a plus
