Job Description

The Marketing Specialist III leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that support sales growth, product visibility, and customer engagement. This role oversees POP and showroom displays, trade show and event marketing, and the development of customer-specific promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.

Additionally, this position manages and optimizes the parts program, including pricing catalogs and inventory-related communications, while partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams. This role requires a high level of graphic design capability and creativity, with the ability to produce visually compelling, brand-aligned materials, and all other duties assigned. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality marketing solutions across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

This position will serve our HTPG Division, located in Lawrenceville, GA

POP, Showroom, & Event Support

  • Develop and implement Point of Purchase (POP) and showroom displays that reflect brand standards and drive customer engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics and marketing collateral for trade shows, events, and in-store promotions.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure event materials align with business objectives.

Custom Marketing Material Support

  • Design and develop customer-specific flyers, ads, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to tailor marketing collateral for target audiences.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards across all custom materials.
  • Manage the company’s promotional store, including inventory, product selection, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop campaigns to promote the store and enhance employee and customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize inventory and identify promotional opportunities.
  • Assist in updating and organizing product literature, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Work closely with product managers to align content with current offerings and industry trends.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, user guides, and reference documents.
  • Maintain accurate parts and equipment price catalogs, ensuring accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with print production processes and fulfillment logistics.
  • Strong design sense and experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Experience with marketing platforms and tools for inventory management, content creation, and project tracking.

  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
