Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Education (K-12 & Higher Education)

HP Inc. is seeking a highly creative and execution-oriented Marketing Specialist – Education to lead integrated marketing programs for the U.S. K-12 and Higher Education markets.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for developing and executing strategic education marketing initiatives that build HP's brand, strengthen relationships with education institutions, generate demand, and accelerate pipeline. The ideal candidate understands the evolving needs of schools and universities and has experience delivering large-scale education programs, thought leadership, experiential marketing, and community engagement.
This role will own HP's flagship education marketing initiatives including higher education hackathons, K-12 advisory boards, major education conferences, executive engagement programs, and education-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Education Marketing Strategy & Program Leadership
2. Signature Education Programs
Lead HP's flagship education initiatives including:
Own program planning from concept through execution, including recruitment, logistics, communications, sponsorships, and post-event engagement.
3. Education Events & Field Marketing
Lead HP's presence at major education conferences including:
Responsibilities include:
Track event engagement and pipeline contribution.
4. Thought Leadership & Content Development
Develop compelling education-focused content around topics such as:
Partner with product marketing, customers, educators, and industry experts to develop:
Repurpose content across multiple marketing channels.
5. Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
Build and execute integrated campaigns supporting HP's education priorities.
Responsibilities include:
Optimize campaigns based on engagement, pipeline, and sales feedback.
6. Education Community Engagement
Develop programs that strengthen HP's relationships with education leaders.
Build engagement with:
Support advisory boards, executive roundtables, peer networking events, and community-building initiatives.
7. Sales Alignment & Field Enablement
Partner closely with Education sales teams to support pipeline generation.
Provide sellers with:
Develop education-specific sales enablement resources that accelerate customer engagement.
8. Account-Based Marketing
Partner with sales to identify priority Higher Education institutions and K-12 districts.
Develop targeted marketing programs for strategic accounts through:
Support opportunity acceleration for strategic education accounts.
9. Data, Reporting & Optimization
Measure and optimize the effectiveness of education marketing programs.
Track metrics including:
Develop dashboards and provide regular performance updates to marketing and sales leadership.

The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
