Job Description

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and content initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, support promotional activities, and achieve business objectives; in-house creative content development through copywriting, content optimisation, photo and video editing, and the adaptation of creative assets for various digital platforms, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of content.
•Execute digital marketing and promotional campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels by coordinating campaign assets, timelines, platform updates, and content deployment to ensure timely and effective delivery. Work closely with digital media buying agencies to implement, monitor, and optimise paid digital campaigns, ensuring effective budget utilisation and achievement of key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Manage appointed agencies and vendors by developing briefs, administering contracts, coordinating deliverables, reviewing performance against contractual commitments, service level agreements, project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring agreed outcomes, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital channels, content, campaigns, website, and mobile application against established objectives and KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimise user engagement, campaign effectiveness, and business outcomes.
•Work closely with the Marketing Executive to coordinate and execute CRM, loyalty, and mobile app initiatives, including member communications, in-app content updates, campaign implementation, agency coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service team, relevant departments, tenants, and appointed vendors to manage customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints received. Facilitate timely follow-up and resolution, communicate updates to stakeholders, and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Support the Marketing Executive in the management of website and mobile application operations by coordinating with appointed agencies, monitoring project progress, reviewing deliverables and timelines.
Liaise with internal departments, tenants, business partners, and external vendors to gather marketing requirements, facilitate project implementation, and ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives and campaigns.

• Deliver effective digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, traffic,
and conversion in support of the Shopping Centre's marketing and business objectives
• Ensure the timely delivery, quality, accuracy, and brand consistency of digital content across all digital
platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Maintain the effectiveness and relevance of digital channels, including social media, website, mobile
application, email marketing, and paid digital platforms, to maximise audience engagement and customer
experience.
• Ensure appointed agencies, IT service providers, and external vendors deliver agreed outcomes,
performance standards, contractual commitments, and service level requirements that support marketing
objectives.
• monitor, analyse, and optimize digital marketing performance through data-driven insights and continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness, user engagement, and return on investment.

• Contribute digital marketing, content, and social media expertise to the development of annual marketing plans, integrated campaigns, and promotional initiatives to support business and brand objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Events, Partnerships, Digital & CRM, Visual Communications, and Customer Service teams to ensure coherent messaging and execution.
• Support initiatives that strengthen brand perception and customer experience through compelling storytelling and communication.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on digital analytics, customer engagement metrics, market trends, and campaign performance data to support marketing decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and best practice recommendations on emerging digital trends, technologies, content formats, and platform developments to enhance marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.


Qualification

• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, communications, social media
management, or related marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content marketing, social media
management, paid media, email marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
• Proficient in creating and editing digital content assets, including social media creatives, photography, short-form videos, and marketing collateral using relevant content creation and editing tools.
• Knowledge of digital analytics, campaign performance measurement, and reporting tools to evaluate
content and campaign effectiveness.
• Understanding of CRM, loyalty programmes, and customer engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in copywriting, content creation, and performance reporting
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
