BangkokThis role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Trade Promotion activities for OPPO and XIAOMI devices. The position works closely with brand partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns, manage premium and voucher promotions, monitor performance, and support overall device sales growth across all retail channels.

• Coordinate with OPPO and XIAOMI to obtain campaign support and align brand marketing strategies with AWN sales channels.
• Plan, design, and manage Premium Trade Promotion activities to drive handset sales.
• Plan and design Voucher Rate Promotions tailored for various sales campaigns.
• Prepare and process marketing campaign approvals in accordance with internal authorization procedures (e-memo).
• Communicate campaign details to Sales, Trade Promotion Setup Teams, AIS Shop, Online Store, and retail partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, including proposing adjustments to improve efficiency and achieve targets.
• Retrieve and verify campaign results, calculate incentives, and prepare reports for dealer disbursements.
• Recheck incentive disbursement data with the Rebate & Commission Team including IMEI-based validation.
• Prepare claim reports for brand partners regarding marketing campaign budgets used.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or related fields
• At least 5 year of experience in the mobile device business
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and attentive to detail
• Experience in trade promotion or working with mobile brands is a plus
