Marketing Specialist China

Objective

> Plan and execute the public fairs and customer events for BU China

> Generate and update marketing materials (sliders, catalogues and tangible marketing tools) to support business development activities in China

Main Responsibilities

• Support China Business Development & Sales with updated marketing contents
• Execute marketing standards in China, organize and lead all marketing activities under BD team support
• Continuous development of marketing and customer communication activities in China
• Fairs and customer events:
• Take lead of preparation for trade show exhibits, including booth design, promotions before, during and after shows, coordinates shipping materials, and travels to and partic-ipates in trade shows when necessary. Finalize On-site show / Supplier Tech Day / Tech Day at tar-geted customer side.
• Leads and summary:
• Generate the Events report timely with insights of marketing view.
• Exhibits, NemaCar and show rooms:
• Ensure the exhibits in a showing status at whole China region, which include the exhibits in stock, supplier warehouse, showrooms etc. Manage to always show the proper exhib-its in correspondence with different topics, audiences and locations. Supplement or scrap the exhibits in time. Choose the sufficient exhibits after new projects run to SOP.

Responsible for regional execution of global marketing key tools like Presono.

Position Requirements

Marketing / Commercial

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Commercial Major
• Marketing or technical projects related experience more than five years.
• Strong automotive industry background
• Project management skill is a plus
• Advanced English skills
