Job Description

Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our retail products and enhance our brand presence. To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic, increase sales, and foster customer loyalty within our retail stores. And to oversee all properties under North and East Cluster until all projects are operational and has its own manpower.

• Handle all collateral requirements of North and East Cluster.
• Maximize occupancy of indoor and outdoor collateral spaces of North and East Cluster by offering spaces to prospective advertisers other than the mall tenants.
• Increase collateral revenues monthly and yearly.
• Develop cash sponsorship schemes with a one-year period to tenants and advertisers.
• Offer existing collateral spaces to mall tenants.
• Promote slow moving spaces to tenants and advertisers.
• Explore untapped potential advertising spaces inside and outside the commercial center premises.
• Monitor all installed collateral materials in various commercial centers.
• Oversee all collateral booking of various commercial centers, and coordinate with tenants and advertisers all activities relating to collaterals.

• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website optimization to drive online and in-store traffic.
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies regarding the development of the North and East Cluster websites, Facebook, and Twitter accounts in terms of advertising, promotions, events, PR, and other activities.
• Interfere with the agencies for updating of the North and East Cluster websites, Facebook, and Twitter accounts in terms of advertising, promotions, events, PR, and other activities
• Generate data base list and use it in activities that will benefit North and East Cluster.
• Develop activities and promotions that can be implemented or announced in the websites, Facebook, and Twitter accounts.
• Interact with the agencies for updating of the North and East Cluster tenants as far as promotional activities and contents that will be placed on the websites, Facebook, and Twitter accounts.
• Monitor daily the websites, Facebook, and Twitter accounts of North and East Cluster.
• Explore tie-ups with other online marketing sites (Ensogo, Cash cash Pinoy) to promote various commercial centers.
• Develop compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and advertising materials.
  
  
  • Be on top of the PR requirements of North and East Cluster.
  • Coordinate with the agency regarding the development of the North and East Cluster PR write-ups and other efforts
  • Interact with various tenants/exhibitors as far PR contents of the write-ups.
  • Arrange with tenants interview schedule of PR agency.
  • Monitor and reconcile PR write-ups and events versus budget and committed releases.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through loyalty programs, feedback mechanisms, and personalized marketing initiatives.
