What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to help build and grow Praven Intelekt — Bulgaria’s leading legal AI platform.

You’ll take ownership of marketing activities from idea to execution and results, with a particular focus on events, campaigns, social media, and community building.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, and who enjoys building things from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the marketing, partnerships, communications, and leadership teams in a fast-moving startup environment where execution matters.

At Praven Intelekt, we’re building legal AI that reasons like a lawyer — reliable, sourced, and designed for legal professionals. More than 20,000 legal professionals already use the platform for legal research, drafting, and document analysis. Our ambition is to build the leading legal AI platform in Bulgaria and expand across Central and Eastern Europe.

What You’ll Bring

• Own events end-to-end — from identifying relevant legal events and planning participation to execution and post-event analysis.
• Plan and coordinate our presence at conferences, trade fairs, webinars, and partner events.
• Build and grow our social media community through consistent, engaging content and a strong network of relevant contacts.
• Work with the broader marketing team on campaigns, adapting messaging, claims, and landing pages for different campaigns and markets.
• Analyze campaign and event performance across channels, regions, and creatives to understand what works and what doesn’t.
• Define clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs together with leadership, marketing, and partnerships.
• Coordinate event promotion, newsletters, and social content before and after campaigns and activations.
• Track results, collect feedback, and continuously improve our events and marketing activities.
• Take initiative, identify opportunities, and turn ideas into execution without waiting for detailed instructions.
