What You'll Do

• Execute local marketing strategies to drive new patient growth and retention
• Manage social media presence and support online reputation management
• Plan and coordinate community outreach, events, and partnerships (schools, local organizations, etc.)
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and in-office experiences
• Track marketing performance and provide insights to improve results
• Assist with content creation including social media, emails, and office materials

What You'll Bring

• 2–4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, dental, or local business marketing
• Strong understanding of social media and local marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Passion for creating positive, family-friendly experiences.

Requirements

• Experience with community-based or pediatric-focused marketing
• Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, and reputation management platforms
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
