We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth for Teledyne FLIR’s Solutions business across Asia Pacific. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to implement go-to-market plans, coordinate integrated campaigns, and ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing assets. Your ability to manage multiple projects, gather market insights, and maintain brand consistency will be key to your success. Occasional travel for tradeshows, meetings, and training is required.

Key Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Content Coordination & Delivery:
    Support the development and execution of content strategies, ensuring assets are aligned with buyer personas and funnel stages while upholding brand standards.
  • Channel Execution:
    Help identify and utilize the most effective marketing channels to reach and engage high-intent audiences, supporting campaign performance and ROI.
  • Campaign Support & Management:
    Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with business verticals teams, and agency partners to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Market Research & Insights:
    Gather and maintain local market knowledge to inform strategic planning and support high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Support the tracking, analysis, and reporting of campaign metrics and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
  • Budget Assistance:
    Assist with monthly marketing budget management and reporting to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Event Management:

Support the end-to-end planning, execution, and localization of regional events, webinars,

and trade shows across APAC, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver

seamless brand and product experiences to maximize lead generation.

Job Qualifications: Include minimum education, work experience, knowledge & skills necessary to perform the functions of the job

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role or ad agency background, preferably with technology products in B2B and/or B2C environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling marketing messages.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working with distributed and global teams.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented.
